Monday night run

I ran an easy 4.4 around Zink Lake tonight. Almost completely flat with a nice view of the river the whole way, asphalt trails and lit all the way. I ran with my friends Bobby, Michael, Cassy, Lauren, and Deon. Picture taking was less than stellar though. A little grainy for my tastes, but here are the best of the bad.Eat your heart out, Ed!

Heading up the west side.

Taken from the pedestrian bridge. The bridge is my favorite 1/3 mile to run anywhere! Running on wooden planks just agrees with my stride!

Our run started out a little cold, but after moving for about 3 or 4 minutes, 41 degrees felt just fine.

Night time running is my favorite.
It's nice to get a few more runners out on Monday nights.
We meet at 5:30 every Monday evening at 21st and Riverside. If three days a week is not enough for you then come out and join us.

tz, nice shot of downtown.

Cool pictures - love watching those guys row - it is very peaceful. Could you please send us some of that 41 degrees at night? We would be willing to trade for some 28, feels like 14 - how's that!!!!

Now Steve! If I did that, what would that do to all your snow?
